UK Koi Supplies Lacto Bacteria is a probiotic consisting of selected lactic acid bacteria and enzymes which naturally support fish health. Although many aspects of these bacteria are still not yet fully understood, practice has proven that regular addition to pond water has significant positive effects on the health and condition of fish. Small wounds, injuries and inflammations heal quicker and pathogens are removed naturally. In addition UK Koi Supplies Lacto Bacteria will have a positive effect on the overall water quality. When used as a food additive Lacto Bacteria will stimulate digestion and improve the absorption of nutrients from the food.

Shake well before use.

Add 500 ml for every 10,000 liters of pond water. Dilute the lactic acid bacteria with lukewarm water (24-28°C) for 5 to 10 minutes before distributing it over the pond.

Repeat every 14 days with 250 ml per 10,000 liters of pond water.

After adding the lactic acid bacteria, turn off UV, ozone systems, and any protein skimmers for 24 hours.

The lactic acid bacteria can also be added to food, but only prepare enough for one or two days' use.
